Shipping Policy

Products will be typically delivered within 3 days if no items are on backorder. Orders are only reviewed on business days as Majors Medical Service is closed on weekends and some major holidays. Majors Medical Service will not ship partial orders. If one product on your order is on backorder for an extended period of time, we will release the rest of the shipment and split your order. We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless a shipping error is found to be our error. We will only ship orders that have a matching billing and delivery address.

****In following with federal and local Texas laws you need a prescription to purchase either a CPAP, APAP, or BiPAP machine****

CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP machines are classified as Class II Medical Devices by the Food and Drug Administration, because of this Majors Medical Service can not fill any orders for a CPAP machine without a prescription.

In order to purchase a CPAP, APAP, or BiPAP machine, humidifier, or a sleep apnea mask, a prescription is needed.
