Return Policy
If you need to return a product, please call us at 214-951-9710 to arrange a return for the product. Please note that the product must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. Please see the various type of returns below for more details:
Standard Return
A standard return is applicable for any regularly stocked item that was purchased within the last 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any item that falls into this category will not be eligible for return if:
- It is not in the original packaging.
- It was returned outside the 30-day time frame.
- The product was used and is not in re-sellable condition.
Please contact Customer Service at 214-951-9710 for details on returning an item. Please have the following information ready: your order confirmation number, date of purchase, item(s) that need to be returned, and your credit card that was used on the purchase. Note that we cannot issue a credit for any freight that was billed to you on the initial order.
Any out-of-stock orders will be refunded within 30 days.
Special Order Return
Special Order Items are items that are not normally stocked. These items are also not eligible for return and all sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Item
Any shipping damage or discrepancy must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. If you are returning an item because of a defect, we will incur all charges and replace the item at our cost. Proof of defect will be needed in order to proceed with this.
