By installing the app and registering with us you will be able to:
- Update your personal, billing and delivery addresses, and contact information, all in one place
- Upload new insurance information using your phone's camera, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
- Send and receive secure messages to and from our team
- Receive appointment reminds and order status updates
- See when you’re eligible for supplies and place an order*

Get Started with Patient Hub
Click on your mobile app store provider link below from your phone or tablet to install the app.
Once the app has been installed, open the app and click the “Register” button on the login screen.
Enter the following to get registered:
- Username – Enter your email address
- Registration Code – [Verification Code]
- Your Date of Birth
Enter a password, verify some information and you’re all set!
